Recommended to insomniacs and the tense

For me, the quickest way to fall asleep is to use this app. And of all the relaxation and meditation apps out there, I think this one is the most effective. Its elegantly designed and utilizes effective technology. The ability to record your actual breathing speed is very helpful.
