Ive been reading Willpower Instinct. One of the ways we can boost our willpower or overall ability to stay focused, alert, healthy, and ween away from impulsive behavior is to breath at about 4 beats per minute. Im not there yet, but even a 2 minute session of slower breathing helps tremendously. This app helps me achieve that objective. It be nice if there was smaller time increments in breathing vs. the minimum 5 minutes.
