Best Meditation/Guided Breathing App

I suffer from anexity as well as hypertension. Ive searched the App Store high and low for the best meditation and guided breathing apps and this is it. I like that its not overly complicated and that you can successfully use the app in just minutes to relax and relieve stress. I remember the first time I used this program it made me feel so high and I started cracking up laughing I felt so good. I couldnt believe I had found something that relaxed me so well as Im normally very tense.

Nice and simple

Excellent for computer workers

Hunched over the computer, its easy for breathing to become shallow. This app is easy and simple...highly recommend. Try a few minutes of deep breathing every day!

Good but needs to alllow music.

This app does what it claims to and is easy on the eyes & ears besides, but it needs to not interrupt the music player. This happens even with all the app sounds disabled.

Great app!

Just what I was looking for to guide me in my breath work during my practice. It is a beautiful interface and the sound options are lovely as well. Use it every day.

Great App

Just got this recently and so far it has done everything they say it will. I am anxious to see if it will help me lower my blood pressure in my doctors office when my "white coat syndrome" kicks in.

Great for Meditation/Anxiety

I suffer from Anxiety and this app helps after about 2 minutes. This app works perfectly and you can set how long you breath. If you suffer from anxiety also try SAM.

Recommended to insomniacs and the tense

As a psychologist, I recommend this as a sleep aid and for relaxation. For me, the quickest way to fall asleep is to use this app. And of all the relaxation and meditation apps out there, I think this one is the most effective. Its elegantly designed and utilizes effective technology. The ability to record your actual breathing speed is very helpful.

Works for me!

I like the combo of the visuals and options for auditory. Does the exhale longer than inhale- which helps kick on parasympathetics. Nice! Thanks!

Easy to use

Easy to set up. I like having the option of voice or no voice "coaching ", I now use silent with flowing water as my background sound and usually fall a sleep in 10 to 12 minutes

I use it all the time... This is a great app.

Pretty basic but serves my purpose

No bells or whistles but a solid quick way to control tension, stress or anxiety. My goal is to work breathing down to 6 per minute and this suits my purpose.

I have difficulty falling asleep sometimes. I have yet to use this app at night where I didnt fall asleep before it ended. Thank you!
